Hi,
This picture site is sourced at
http://snark.dhs.org/~reunion.
A fast mirror of this picture site can be found at
http://eris.njit.edu/~clarkw
To get the pictures up quickly, there has been minimal editing, cropping or
red eye removal. Later, maybe.
There wasn't going to be captions, but there was a request so a few have been
added. Perhaps you can help out with the rest or would like to add something
to them. Email the mail list mentioned above or the webmaster below.
The main event was at The Renaissance on Saturday August 9, 2003 from 7-12.
The next day, people also gathered at Parkhill's Waterfront Grill. Also,
Sue Henderson invited people to visit on Friday night. Toni's pictures
include photos of this event. However, if you want to send some more . . .
Most of us were also together in 8th grade and in the spirit of swapping
class pictures as happened at Parkhill's, I've posted the 1968 year book
for your amusement. With lots of help, many but not all have been identified.
Click on a class page to get the enlargement and see the captions. Thanks
to Mary, Tim, Karin, Dennis, and everyone else that helped with the IDs.
Is there a group picture available, you ask? No, there wasn't an official
group picture taken, but there was a person there shooting video and the
reference to the group shot on the second Renaissance page is when the
group gathered at the front and the cameraman panned across the crowd
several times. You can buy the video tape and the details are in
this notice that was circulated.
If you could, ask all the people you talk with to
sign on with Tim.
Thanks,
Toni
News
If you do follow your bliss,
you put yourself on a kind of track
that has been there all the while waiting for you,
and the life you ought to be living
is the one you are living.
When you can see that,
you begin to meet people
who are in the field of your bliss,
and they open the doors to you.
I say, follow your bliss and don't be afraid,
and doors will open
where you didn't know they were going to be.
If you follow your bliss,
doors will open for you that wouldn't have opened for anyone else.
Joseph Campbell (1904-1987) (Thanks Marvin, for pointing this out.)
